Ok, I need some help, making a schedule…lol… I need it to include 3 kids, hubby, dog and housework..lol.. I can’t get them all to fit in.. Oh I have to sleep to, don’t forget to add that in there.. Well, and you have to add the fitness, and eating in there as well… Let me know when you get done…. HAHAHA…

Thank you all for your inspiring words. I don’t want to quit, and I am not. I think I just need to make a schedule for myself and follow it. I need to figure out what is making me emotionally eat, and make a small journal to write down when I get th hunger pains and see from there at what times and what is going on at the times. Well I am a total quitter, and I have failed miserably. I have failed my friends, my family and most of all myself. I don’t know why I can’t do this. WHY am I so hungry? It’s not out of boredum either, I have sharp hunger pains. When I drink the water, it just makes it worse!
This Monday, I am going to try to get back on track. My Bowflex will be finally free from the mountains of clothes I had, due to a broken washing machine…lol
I have got to finish what I have started. I can’t give up, I will not survive if I don’t get this weight off. Ok thats a little dramatic, but thats how I feel…lol Plus I need to show my youngest that we need to take care of our body. My older two are very health conscious, but my 6 year old is a husky little gal, and likes to eat a lot…lol
Ok, I promise to be more active here and other places that I need to be. Just give me some time and send the willpower faery my way!…

Today did a lot better with the eating. I was able to eat a little healthier, but I feel a tad hungry still. I still feel light headed, but maybe I will get used too it. It was nice however to see that I had lost 3 lbs for my first week!

I had more Burger King today, the Chicken sandwich, which is probably like 50 points and I am having spaghetti tonight…… Ugh…. Weigh in is tomorrow, and I am scared to look at the scale. Good thing is, tomorrow I get to exercise and get back on track. My stomach hurt so bad eating fast food this weekend….

OMG, today was so busy I ate yes a bad thing, a whopper, small fries for lunch and a double cheeseburger for supper. I know that just those few things went over my points, so again, I am not going to try to figure it out. I had a bad food day, and I will tomorrow too. Monday will be a better day for me. As of today, Friedmans #5221 is now non-existent.
